Ariz. - The Drug Enforcement Administration has published a clarification in the Congressional Record regarding certain aspects of the prescription requirements for Schedule II controlled substances. In early 2005, the DEA had sought comments on the subject of dispensing controlled substances for pain. The large number of comments the agency received indicated there was a need for this clarification.
