Ariz. - At the request of the governor‘s office, the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants (ARBPA) will expeditiously process license applications from Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama PA‘s who wish to be licensed in Arizona. The Governor has stated that inability to pay licensing fees should not prevent licensure. State law prohibits the ARBPA from waiving the licensure fees, so the Board will submit detailed invoices to the Arizona Department of Emergency Management for payment.
Applicants have until September 30th to apply for a license pursuant to this expedited process. Applicants must still meet all state requirements.
