Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners (Board) has
taken action against the

healthcare professionals.
The
Board has legal authority to revoke, suspend, restrict,
fine, reprimand or censure, require monitoring or additional
education, or impose other remedial measures on the license
of an Osteopathic physician (D.O..) if the physician has
committed unprofessional conduct or is mentally or physically
unable to safely engage in the practice of medicine.
