Arizona Board of Medical Examiners

Protecting the Public's Health

The Arizona Board of Medical Examiners (BOMEX) has taken disciplinary action against the following healthcare professionals. Only interim orders for practice restrictions and final disciplinary actions that became effective during the past 12 months are shown. Actions which BOMEX has voted on, but are not yet legally final and effective, are not posted. Please note the disclaimer below.

BOMEX has legal authority to revoke, suspend, fine, reprimand or censure, require monitoring or additional education, or impose other remedial measures on the license of an allopathic physician (M.D.) if the physician has committed unprofessional conduct or is mentally or physically unable to safely engage in the practice of medicine.

For help with terms and definitions please consult the Glossary.
