Public Information
The Arizona State Board of Medical Examiners seeks to facilitate access to information. The Board is committed to protecting the public's health, safety and welfare by providing the information consumers need to make informed choices.
The Board has successfully established fair, lawful and easily understood access points for the public when the agency is contacted for licensing or disciplinary information. Currently, Board staff receives requests for information via fax, postal mail, e-mail, telephone, in-person or the website.
